I was responsible for the data entry of Realty Transfer Certificates. In the course of this duty, I researched land plat maps and pulled Certificates of Survey for land splits, looked up subdivision maps to confirm lot sizes, and printed and mailed Sales Validation letters and forms to taxpayers. I performed customer service to taxpayers and fee appraisers by greeting them, pulling Property Record Cards, and supplying current land values when needed. I filed valid and invalid Realty Transfer Certificates and Property Record Cards by geo code. I also purged and boxed thousands of old property files for archive.

Title
Spring 2008
Company Name

I was the Administrative Assistant for three financial advisors. My daily duties consisted of greeting clients and making them comfortable when they arrived for their appointments. I brought them coffee and escorted them to an advisor's office when the advisor was ready for them. I handled all incoming phone calls from clients, and I answered questions that did not require an advisor. I accurately processed checks that would come through the mail on a daily basis. I also updated clients' 401K accounts. I sorted and distributed the mail for the advisors and handled correspondence when needed. I maintained the advisors' calendars and updated them daily according to their scheduled appointments.

Title
May 2005 – November 2005
Company Name
City, State

My main task as a Sales Associate was to interact with customers (often more than one at a time). The ability to multi-task was important. I greeted customers as they walked through the door and I directed them toward the merchandise in which they were interested. Once they had chosen an item, I provided a fitting room for them and completed the sale when they made a final decision. I accurately handled thousands of dollars per day in cash and credit transactions, and I balanced my cash drawer at the end of each shift. During my shifts, I was responsible for the vast inventory of the store which involved keeping track of merchandise for reorder, restocking and organizing items on the sales floor. I was also responsible to keep the sales floor looking presentable to customers so that their first impression was one of an easy-to-shop atmosphere.
